The Belfast City Council, at the regular Council meeting of Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2012, beginning at 7 p.m. or as soon as practical thereafter, in the Council Chambers of Belfast City Hall, which is located at 131 Church St., shall conduct a public hearing to give interested members of the public an opportunity to comment on the amendments tot he General Assistance Ordinance.
