On Thursday, Nov. 1, at 6:30 p.m. at the Belfast Free Library, the Belfast Co-op is hosting a free forum with licensed acupuncturists Abi Morrison, Eileen Murray, Mary O'Herin and Jolinda Rockett. The four Midcoast acupuncturists each bring a distinctive approach to their practice. They will discuss how acupuncture can support your health, provide a demonstration, and a question and answer session.

One of the most striking aspects of acupuncture is the near complete absence of adverse effects and complication from its use. Most patients find the treatments relaxing with minimal discomfort. Learn more about this integrative method for health and healing.

The Belfast Free Library is located at 106 High Street in downtown Belfast, on the corner of High and Miller streets. This event is sponsored by the community-owned Belfast Co-op, a resource for information and action concerning health, nutrition and building community.
