On Tuesday, Oct. 30, at 11 a.m. on site on Oak Hill Road in Swanville and online at Proxibid.com, Oak Hill Estates will be up for auction.

Eighty-five approved waterfront and water access lots of the 120 originally approved by the State and town in 2004, will be sold as an entirety. The lots, all-approved for building, range in size from 1 to 2 acres. All owners will have deeded access to Nichols Pond, a 14 acre spring fed trout-stocked lake. Two lots front directly on Nichols.

The Keenan Auction Company will conduct the auction. Stef Keenan stated: “ This is a rare opportunity for an investor or developer. A good portion of Oak Hill's basic infrastructure is complete. With major road work, power, and 85 lots soil tested, approved, and all mapped out, the hard work's been done.”

Jim Shue, President and developer of Oak Hill Estates, said: “The auction provides an ideal accelerated marketing mechanism. And, with internet bidding, the outreach is vastly expanded. Someone's going to get a bargain. I'm optimistic.”
