Students from all three Waldo County high schools were inducted into the National Honor Society this year.

Twenty-one students from Belfast Area High School were inducted into membership of the National Honor Society in a ceremony held in April.

BAHS students inducted are: seniors Emma Moesswilde, Autumn Stupca, and Ari Snider; and juniors Grace Bagley, Maylinda Boynton, Kirsten Caswell, Julida Costa, Kameron Culbertson, Ariel Gardiner, Kylene Hall, Will Hyland, Autumn Jackson, Sam Kulikowski, Meghan Larrabee, Brogan Leppanen, Hannah Lynam, Catey McGinn, Simone Pelletier, Madison Pickering, Anna Struba, and Emma Sturdevant.

Fifteen Mount View High School students were inducted into National Honor Society.

Mount View students inducted are Adam Aitken, Dinah Bilodeau, Kersey Boulay, Oona Foley, Caleb Larrabee, Lindsay Morang, John Piotti, Lauren Richards, Asher Sizeler-Fletcher, Stephanie Stilkey, Alexis Strain, Brooke Tripp, Nicholas Troutman, Darian Wren and Whitney Wren.

Six Searsport District High School students were inducted into National Honor Society.

Searsport students inducted are: Calisha Boyington, Alicen Brooks, Emily Evans, Briana Grant, Arianna Tang and Allison Walker.

The National Honor Society ranks as one of the oldest and most prestigious national organizations for high school students. Chapters exist in more than 60 percent of the nation’s high schools and, since 1921, millions of students have been selected for membership.
