The second annual Union Fair Talent Show will take place Saturday, Aug. 16. Grand prize is $500. Applications to audition may be downloaded at or requested by email to

The show’s organizers are looking for all kinds of talent, which might include singing, juggling, playing a musical instrument, comedy, acting, dancing, bands, etc. Only 25 applications will be accepted, and deadline for entries in Aug. 9

The show’s auditions will start at noon Saturday, Aug. 16, and the 25 applicants will be narrowed to 10 that day. The second round of auditions will start 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 19, at the Union Fair Grandstand, and the 10 semi-finalists will be narrowed to five. The five finalists will perform again that evening and a grand prize winner will be chosen.
