Lincolnville Fine Art Gallery on Route 1 is showing affordable paintings by Richard Kapral, who lives Downeast and wants people to be able to have original art in their homes to share with friends and family.

Kapral is a Maine resident and has been painting since the early 1950s, when he began working in an abstract expressionist style. He studied art at Cooper Union in New York City and has won more than 25 first place awards in juried art shows.
