The following cases were closed at 5th District Court in Belfast between Aug.7 and Aug. 13:
Alicia L. Berry, 25, of Winterport, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.
Jeffery L. Corriveau, 51, of Clearwater, Fla., failure to appear for disclosure or contempt hearing, dismissed.
Michael Davis, 21, of Belfast, operate vehicle without license — condition/restriction, $100 fine, 7 days in Waldo County Jail, stayed until Aug. 12; operating under the influence with one prior, $700 fine, 60 days in Waldo County Jail all but 7 days suspended, stayed until Aug. 12, probation 1 year, license suspended for 3 years; violating condition of release, 7 days in Waldo County Jail.
Meghan D. Delaney, 27, of Islesboro, driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended for 30 days.
Ryan S. Flannery, 29, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine, 48 hours in Waldo County Jail, stayed until Aug. 14.
Ashleigh M. Gibbs, 24, of Brooks, attaching false plates, $200 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine; failure to appear in court on criminal summons, dismissed.
Jasmine Hughes, 24, of Searsport, violating protective order, 5 days in Waldo County Jail.
Robert A. Hughes, 38, of Belfast, domestic violence terrorizing, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine.
Jeff P. Lindelof, 49, of Swanville, obstructing report of a crime, dismissed.
Chinstine M. Mank, 30, of Frankfort, allowing dog to be at large, $100 fine.
Jacob McIntire, 22, of Frankfort, criminal attempt, 7 days in Waldo County Jail; violating condition of release, 7 days in Waldo County Jail; domestic violence assault, 180 days in Waldo County Jail all but 7 days suspended, probation for 2 years.
Dennis J. O'Brien, 40, of Stockton Springs, disorderly conduct, fighting, $400 fine; domestic violence assault, dismissed.
Cameron B. Philbrook, 38, of Belfast, violating condition of release, 48 hours in Waldo County Jail.
