Jeffry A. Carr, 29, of Hartland, alleged speed 59 mph in a 45 mph zone.

Benjamin K. Woodrow, 26, of Damascus, Md., no proof of insurance.

Roland C. Evan-Freke, 20, of Tuxedo Park, N.Y., possession of a usable amount of marijuana; loaded firearm in a vehicle.
