As part of the Holidays on the Harbor, the Belfast Chamber and the Belfast Parks and Recreation invite everyone to take a free Historical Ghost Walk Friday evening, Oct 24.   Like many other places on the New England coast, Belfast is an area with many haunted places. Ted Guerry of Pig Out BBQ will narrate the city’s tragic tales during a walk through the historical downtown district, beginning 7 p.m.

Walkers will learn and experience these mysterious stories, which ultimately lasted longer than life itself — note that some of these tales may scare the little ones. The walk will begin at the Chamber of Commerce office, 14 Main St.

The Historical Ghost Walk is free and open to everyone — in fact, the more the merrier.  Gratuities to the storyteller will be appreciated, and hot cider will be served at the chamber office. No reservations are necessary. For more information, call 338-5900.
