The following cases were closed at Fifth District Court in Belfast between Oct. 30 and Nov. 12:
Deanna M. Carfagno, 23, of Belmont, possession of marijuana up to 1 ¼ ounces, $350 fine; use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Bernadette Dutra, 32, of Morrill, allowing dog to be at-large, $50 fine.
Shelby M. Freilino, 23, of Searsport, violating condition of release, 30 days in Waldo County Jail.
Adam W. Gray, 26, of Northport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed.
Richard W. Labonville, 58, of Troy, unlawful cutting of trees, $1,550 fine.
Marie McCormack, 77, of Troy, nine counts of cruelty to animals, all dismissed.
Sherri Jane Miner, 53, of Belmont, operating under the influence (alcohol), $750 fine, 48 hours in Waldo County Jail stayed until Dec. 7, license suspended for 150 days.
Shawn N. Perito, 21, of Searsmont, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, 6 months in Waldo County Jail.
Jessie P. Reynolds, 31, of Brooks, violating condition of release, dismissed.
