Phillip M. McFadden, 22, of Waldo, arrested for operating under the influence; eluding an officer; exceeding speed limit by 30 mph or more; violating conditions of release; driving to endanger; and hindering apprehension or prosecution.

Jetton R. Whiting, 22, of Northport, refusing to submit to arrest or detention; possession of a usable amount of marijuana; hindering apprehension.

Ariel Woodard, 19, of Belfast, illegal possession of liquor by consumption by a minor; refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

Abraham Staples, 24, of Searsmont, refusing to submit to arrest or detention.
