B. Douglas, solo jazz and blues guitarist from Los Angeles on his summer tour, will perform Thursday, July 2, from 7 to 9 p.m. at Andy’s Brew Pub at The Lobster Pound, Route 1 at Lincolnville Beach. His final performance in the area will be Saturday, July 4, from 3 to 6 p.m. at Bowen's Tavern, 181 Waterville Road, near the intersection of routes 7 and 137 outside Belfast.

Douglas has performed all over the United States and Europe and has recorded 10 CDs. Before arriving in Maine, he played during Bob Wills Days in Turkey, Texas, home of Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys.
