Friends of Fort Knox is again hosting Ten Bucks Theatre for live, outdoor theater at the historic site off Route 174. Ten Bucks is presenting “Dracula” Thursdays through Saturdays at 7 p.m. through Aug. 15.

Tickets for each performance are $10 and may be bought the evening of performance or in advance by calling the Friends of Fort Knox gift shop at 469-6553. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs or blankets to place on the fort’s parade ground for the show.

This “Dracula” was adapted by Steven Dietz from Bram Stoker's classic novel and is directed by Benjamin Layman. The cast features Melissa Burkhart as Mina Murray, Jordan Madeline Lablond as Lucy Westenra, Julie Arnold Lisnet as Dr. Abraham Van Helsing, Jesse McCormick as Dr. Jack Seward, Patrick Malloy as Jonathan Harker, Padraic Harrison as Renfield, Matthew McEnte as Dracula, John Danico as Old Dracula, Moira Beale and Brogan Kelley as asylum attendants, Jenny Hancock as the maid and The Haus of Paradigm as the vixens. Ensemble members are Natalie Lisnet, Mark Bilyk, Jennifer Snow, Deanna Rice, Katrina Dresser, Alex Kearns, Tracy Kimball Green and Cassandra Palmer.

“FFK is pleased to work with Ten Bucks Theater Company again this year to bring a quality cultural event to the area,” said Leon Seymour, Friends of Fort Knox’s executive director.
