Lincolnville Fine Art Gallery on Route 1 will host a reception for Round Pond artist Kathleen Mack Saturday, Aug. 15, from 4 to 7 p.m. Gallery owner Dwight Wass invites the public to come meet the artist and see her work.

This is the second season that Mack is exhibiting with the gallery. She is showing works in marble and bronze sculpture, as well as oil paintings. Her works reflect her interest in gesture, motion and character influenced by her life in Round Pond and Umbertide, Umbria.

Mack is one of the stable of artists, including Jill Hoy, Kevin James, Philip Barter and Richard Kapral, who exhibit in the light and airy space across from the beach between Camden and Belfast. For more information, contact Wass at 789-5000 or 592-2984. Some of the offerings can be seen online at lincolnvillefineartgallery.com.
