Monroe artist Kenny Cole will present four artists' work along with his own during the Fourth Friday Art Walk Oct. 23, to inaugurate a new series of pop up shows he is calling Narratives. His intention is to present globally and locally sourced small works that address the ongoing narrative of our times.

“Narratives #1” will take place Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. in the lobby of the West Bay Professional Building, 26 Spring St. It will feature an ink drawing by Brooklyn comic artist Ben Marra; collaborations with Mexican artist Santiago Solis and Niklas Nenzén of Sweden; and a sepia drawing by local artist Jeff Ackerman.

Cole will have refreshments on hand and special art giveaways for anyone who stops by. For more information about each presented artist, visit kennycole.com/narratives.
