John Morton, 49, of Buxton, domestic violence assault, Department of Corrections 364 days, probation revoked; domestic violence terrorizing, Department of Corrections 364 days, probation revoked.

Bradley Beeton, 29, of Brooks, violating protection from abuse order, six months in Waldo County Jail.

 

Jesse Dodge, 34, of Winterport, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, $150 fine.

 

James Hall, 45, of Winterport, violating condition of release, three days in Waldo County Jail; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

 

Justin Henderson, 27, of Burnham, domestic violence assault, dismissed; terrorizing, dismissed; violating condition of release, seven months in Waldo County Jail; violating protection from abuse order, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, 60 days in Waldo County Jail; violating condition of release, nine months in Waldo County Jail.

 

Marc H. Luther, 50, of Searsmont, cultivating marijuana, dismissed.

 

John Morton, 49, of Buxton, domestic violence assault, with priors for domestic violence, dismissed; aggravated assault, Department of Corrections 18 months.

 

Heath W. Prior, 31, of Belfast, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, three days in Waldo County Jail; fail to provide correct name, address, date of birth, three days in Waldo County Jail.

 

Nancy M. Snodgrass, 22, of Belfast, furnishing liquor to a minor, dismissed.
