May 29

Jeffrey Waldrop, 32, of Franklin, inspection sticker violation.

Anne Waldrop, 31, of Franklin, inspection sticker violation.

May 23

A 1993 Ford Ranger driven by 84-year-old Richard Rosenberg of Lincolnville rear-ended a 2009 Nissan sedan driven by Wayne Martin, 67, of Winter Harbor. The crash was reported at 4:09 p.m. in front of Anglers Restaurant. A passenger in Martin's vehicle was treated at the scene and released. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.

Ryan Flannery, 31, of Stockton Springs, arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

Victoria Burns, 28, of Searsport, arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

April 23

Serena Stone, 23, of Searsport, speeding.

Residents must obtain a permit, per a new town ordinance, to hold a garage sale or auction at their property. Permits can be obtained by contacting Police Chief Dick LaHaye.
