The Grand is seeking applicants for teaching artists and designers positions for its education program, including the upcoming February Vacation Camp days (Feb. 19 through 23).

Jasmine Ireland, The Grand's education director, is hoping to hear from anyone with experience in early childhood theater education; adult education/senior services; and vacation camp theater instruction, as well as anyone with specialty theater skills such as stage combat and puppeteering.

Applicants are required to hold a bachelor’s degree in the area of theater arts or have professional equivalent experience. Being fingerprinted by the Maine Department of Education is preferred, but arrangements for fingerprinting can be made. Responsibilities, time commitment and compensation will vary as determined by the project. Currently, there is an immediate need for teaching artists to feature during The Grand's February Vacation Camp Days.
