Noreaster, a 600-foot Irving Oil tanker, arrived in Bucksport from Portsmouth, N.H., and delivered No. 2 heating oil. It departed Jan. 30 for Saint John, New Brunswick.

Feb. 1

Weddell Sea, a Kirby Corp. tug with fuel barge, arrived in Searsport from Portsmouth, N.H., and delivered kerosene. It departed Feb. 2 for New York.

Feb. 2

Bulk Titan, a 623-foot bulk carrier, arrived in Searsport from Port Jose, Venezuela, and delivered petroleum coke. Petcoke, as it is known, is a solid byproduct of crude oil refining, used in similar applications to coal. On Feb. 6, it was docked at Mack Point.

Feb. 3

Industrial Swift, a 482-foot general cargo ship, arrived in Searsport from Sattahip, Thailand, with a delivery of steel for Cianbro Corp. On Feb. 6, it was anchored near Mack Point.

Iver Prosperity, a 600-foot Irving Oil tanker, arrived in Searsport from Saint John, New Brunswick, and delivered gasoline, No. 2 heating oil and ultra-low-sulfur diesel. It departed Feb. 5 for Saint John.

Expected arrivals:

Feb. 7 – Konya, bulk carrier, to Searsport from Huasco, Chile, delivering road salt.

Feb. 17 – Industrial Strength, general cargo ship, to Searsport from Sattahip, Thailand, via Ensenada, Mexico, delivering steel for Cianbro Corp. On Feb. 6, it was transiting the Panama Canal.
