The Maine Writers & Publishers Alliance has announced three Midcoast workshops in March.

On Saturday, March 3, Lambda Literary Award winner Lisa Carey will teach Novel Anatomy, a fiction workshop, at Rockland Public Library, 80 Union St. As of Feb. 20, there is one spot left in the 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. workshop. Cost is $115, $60 for MWPA members. THIS WORKSHOP IS FULL/WAIT LISTED.

On Saturday, March 24, David Lyman, founder of the Maine Photographic Workshops and Rockport College, will teach a seminar titled Traversing the Creative Process at Belfast Free Library, 106 High St. Cost for the 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. workshops is $130, $75 for MWPA members.

On Saturday, March 31, two-time Martin Dibner Memorial Fellowship recipient Tanya Whiton will give a Don’t Submit—Share! presentation on submitting to literary magazines at Belfast Free Library. Admission is $5, free for MWPA members, for the 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. workshop.
