Eugene, Collins, 49, of Vassalboro, unlawful possession of wild animal or bird, $300 fine.

Joshua Cunningham, 35, of Searsmont, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.

Robert A. Daigle, 35, of Hampton, N.H., operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; driving to endanger, dismissed.

Dorothy M. Embry, 47, of Unity, failure to register vehicle.

Anna Lisa M. Fournier, 26, of Waldo, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Scotty A. Goucher, 51, of Leominister, Mass., harassment by interference with taking, dismissed.

Benjamin C. Hamel, 35, of Swanville, aggravated criminal mischief, dismissed; criminal mischief, $500 fine.

Elijah R. Harvey, 22, of Montville, domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Douglas A. Horton, 53, of Knox, enter or cause a projectile to enter a place illegally, $100 fine.

Cameron Brent Philbrook, 42, of Belfast, criminal trespass, Waldo County Jail seven days, stayed until March 1.

William David Rankin, 52, of Lincolnville, criminal conspiracy, Department of Corrections 10 years, all but six years suspended, probation two years; criminal conspiracy, Department of Corrections six years; criminal forfeiture of property, forfeited.

Earl P. Rowe, 65, of Waterville, shooting from a motor vehicle, $150 fine.

Erin Salmen, 34, of Belfast, obstructing government administration, $200 fine.
