State Rep. Stanley Paige Zeigler Jr., D-Montville, recently announced he is running for re-election in House District 96, which includes Belmont, Liberty, Lincolnville, Montville, Morrill, Palermo and Searsmont.

“It's been an honor to serve our community in the Maine House of Representatives,” Zeigler said. “If re-elected, I will continue to advocate for District 96 on legislative matters and in helping residents navigate state agencies.”

Zeigler is serving his first term in Augusta, where he is a member of the Legislature’s Joint Standing Committee on the Environment and Natural Resources. He recently was appointed to the State Commission for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Late Deafened.
