Ralph Stanley, historian, boat builder and musician, will discuss fishing during World War II Sunday, March 18, at 1 p.m. at Penobscot Marine Museum.

The free presentation will take place at 9 Church St. in the museum’s Stephen Phillips Memorial Library.
