The New England Football League, or NEFL, looks for new teams to join the league for the 25th season.

The season runs July to November with games throughout New England, and lasts eight to 10 games, depending on the team level. The NEFL is a full-contact, adult-tackle football league, for those ages 18 and older. There are three levels of play offered to accommodate all talent levels, with rosters between 35 and 65 players.

The games are played with National Collegiate Athletic Association, or NCAA, rules, with some modifications for player protection. The games also will be played in the presence of five certified officials and a certified EMT.
