Hazel Wood

Hazel M. Wood, 77, passed away April 3, 2018, at a Bangor nursing center. She was born in St. Albans on May 17, 1940, the daughter of Ernest and Meredith (Parkman) Wood.

Hazel was a people-person and loved everyone. She had many friends who became her family at Eastside Rehab.

She is survived by her sister, Ernestine “Teena” Reynolds and her husband Richard; and by brother Michael Wood and his wife Linda; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Hazel’s family is grateful and kindly thanks all the wonderful caregivers at Eastside and VNA Hospice staff for such great care.

A graveside service will be held in mid-June at Greenlawn Cemetery, Swanville.
