The Midcoast-filmed “Island Zero,” a horror film written and produced by bestselling author Tess Gerritsen of Camden; and made by Midcoast filmmakers Josh Gerritsen and Mariah Klapatch, is beginning a spring tour of cinemas starting Saturday, April 28, at The Grand Auditorium.

The Grand, 165 Main St./Route 1, is presenting 2017’s “Island Zero” as part of its Made in Maine series. The screening of the nonrated film will be at 7 p.m. After the movie, which runs an hour and 50 minutes, there will be a Q&A with available cast and crew, many of whom are Midcoast locals.
