The 35th annual Unity College 5-kilometer road race went off without a hitch on Saturday morning, April 21 as 44 runners, one walker and a dog braved the chilly, windy conditions to tackle the 3.1-mile race that started and ended at the school after it stretched throughout the rural town.

By race’s end, Pieter deHart bolted to the course win with a time of 17 minutes and one second, while Rosalea Kimball was the first female finisher at third overall at 20:08.
