The Rev. Dr. Greg Crofford and Amy Crofford, educational missionaries at Africa Nazarene University in Nairobi, Kenya, will be at Belfast Church of the Nazarene, 95 Swan Lake Ave., for 9:30 a.m. Sunday School and the 10:30 a.m. morning service May 6. All are welcome.

Greg is Dean of the School of Religion and Christian Ministry and coordinator of the PhD in religion program.

Amy is an English lecturer in the Department of Language and Literature. She also is a student in the online leadership and professional practice EdD program offered by Trevecca Nazarene University.

The Croffords were first assigned as Nazarene missionaries in 1993. Since that time, they have lived in four African nations — Cote d'Ivorie, Benin, South Africa and Kenya — where they have been involved in many tasks, including teaching, editing, writing, church planting and educational administration.

They also have served in the French-speaking Caribbean field. They both have written several books. Amy has concentrated mainly on missionary books, while Greg's books are both theological and devotional in nature. They also have written extensively for magazines, journals and other print and digital publications.

The Croffords have two grown sons, John and Brad.
