It is the final days of the regular season for high school tennis and the Belfast squads look to end the campaign on high notes — as well as surge onto the playoffs.

For the boys, in the Maine Principals’ Association Heal Point Standings for Class B North, Belfast (7-3, 83.7500 points) is third, while Waterville (10-0, 133.6111 points) is first in the 17-team region. The top 12 teams qualify for the playoffs.

For the girls, in the Maine Principals’ Association Heal Point Standings for Class B North, Belfast (6-4, 37.7778 points) is eighth, while Caribou (10-0, 118.8889 points) is first in the 17-team region. The top 12 teams qualify for the playoffs.

At Brewer May 16, the Lions hunted down the Witches.
