Harbor Artisans has found a new home at 69 Main St. Since losing its lease several years ago, the cooperative gallery had been actively seeking a new location. Renovations will be complete in time for the grand re-opening Friday, May 25.

There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10 a.m. on the 25th; and the new shop will remain open through the season’s first Fourth Friday Art Walk, to 8 p.m. with refreshments to imbibe and artists to meet.

Harbor Artisans features work by 61 Maine artisans, who create everything from jewelry and pottery to fine art. All work is made in Maine by full-time Maine residents. The shop will be open daily until Dec. 29 (closed Thanksgiving and Christmas days). Hours will be 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays; and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays, open to 8 p.m. on art walk Fridays.
