The following is a recap of Rock Coast Rollers results this season:

April 27-29, fourth annual Coastal Chaos Tournament fifth place.

This year, eight teams from Maine, Texas, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and New Hampshire participate in the Coastal Chaos. The tournament also hosted Maine's first international Jr. Derby match between New Hampshire Junior Roller Derby and Fredericton Junior Roller Derby, which was the most exciting part of the tournament this year by far, Thomann said.

Rock Coast Rollers 178 versus Bay State Brawlers 177.

Rockin' City 231 versus Rock Coast Rollers 38.

Lehigh Valley 213 versus Rock Coast Rollers 175.

"Though this is a short season for Rock Coast we will be working hard to get roller derby promoted in the Midcoast," Thomann said. "This summer we will be skating at MRC for their amazing fitness skate program, volunteering for the Rockland Lobster Festival, hosting a movie night at the Strand this fall, and working hard in getting youth interested in playing roller derby."
