As the Courier Publications/VillageSoup websites continue to evolve, the sports department has added a new feature for you, the viewer/reader, to interact with us, and voice your opinion.

A couple of weeks ago, we debuted a sports poll.

At the top of the websites' main page, under "Sports" in the navigational bar, a new drop-down selection titled "Poll" is available. The poll will be available until the following week, when a new topic will be presented.

Clicking on "Poll" will bring one to a new page where the person may answer the question with the answers presented.

A new poll question will debut each week on the sites, on social media and on The Press Box —a visual show that features Zack Miller and Mark Haskell, where the two journalists talk about the hottest things in the local and national sports scene.

This week, the sports staff asks the following question: How will the Red Sox divisional series be decided with the Yankees?

The choices the reader is presented with are: Win in three games, win in four games, win in five games, lose in three games, lose in four games or lose in five games.

Head to the poll to cast your vote before the Sox and Yankees square off on Friday night, Oct. 5 in the first of a five-game postseason series.

Last week, we asked if you thought the Red Sox would win the World Series, and 72 percent of voters said "yes," while 28 percent said "no." Perhaps an expected result in one of the New England states and the heart Sox Nation.
