The results are in for the latest Courier Publications/VillageSoup sports poll, and, again, New England Patriots' fans have spoken loud and clear: they believe Tom Brady and company will be Super Bowl champions.

Seventy percent of voters voted for New England, while the New Orleans Saints garnered 17 percent of the vote, Kansas City Chiefs nine percent and Los Angeles Rams four percent.

The poll was conducted before the conference championship games on Jan. 20, which saw the Patriots defeat the Chiefs in 37-31 in overtime and Rams beat the Saints 26-23 in overtime. Thus, the Patriots and Rams will meet in the Super Bowl on Sunday, Feb. 3, for the first time since 2002, when Brady and the Patriots won their first Lombardi Trophy in franchise history over the then St. Louis Rams 20-17.

This week, the sports staff is asking: How do you think the outcome of the Super Bowl will be decided?
