Fay Gloria Secotte, 81, of Lincolnville passed away peacefully at Ross Manor in Bangor on March 25, 2019.

Fay was born on July 4, 1937, a daughter of Frederic and Stella (Cress) Watmough. Fay married Lisle Secotte in 1958 and they made their home in Lincolnville for over 50 years. Fay had a great love of animals of all kinds, having pets her whole life. She also enjoyed photography, numerous crafts and working with wood.

Fay worked several jobs during her life, including a shoe factory, the Knox Woolen Mill and the Camden-Rockport Animal Rescue League.

Fay was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Lisle;  her daughter Stella; her son Stacey; her sister Lucy Crabtree' and her brother Warren Watmough.

She is survived by her sons, Steven Secotte of Northport and Stuart (Karen) Secotte of Lincolnville; grandchildren Ray Secotte of Warren, Hope Jenkins of Keene, N.H., Amanda (Benjamin) Rankin of Belfast, Angus (Bonnie) Secotte of Bangor, Emily Secotte of Northport, Wyatt Secotte of Northport and Justin Secotte of Lincolnville; 11 great-grandchildren; her sisters Marion Meservey, Hazel Foote and Grace Stetson; brothers Harold (Carroll) Watmough and Grant (Sherry) Watmough; and and several nieces and nephews.
