Victor A. Hustus, 67, passed away at his residence in Monroe on May 30, 2019. Victor loved to hunt, fish and spend time with his family. In his younger years, he loved to ride motorcycles. He was a lifetime member of the Tarratine Tribe No. 13 Red Man Hall and a member of Monroe Fire Department. Victor loved to help others, putting them before himself. He was a great joke-teller and loved a good conversation.

He is predeceased by his parents Dalton C. Hustus and Frances M. Teagle, and brothers Timmy and Kevin Hustus.

Victor is survived by his wife of 16 years, Beverley of Monroe; children Teresa Hustus, Tonya Bragdon and husband Bill, and Lee Hustus and wife Nicole; stepchildren Lori Staples and husband Kevin, Dorothy Guindon and husband Garrett, and Brenda Stevens and fiance Sean Storey; brothers Paul, Nathan, Edward, and Tony Hustus and wife Debbie; sisters Ellen Norrie, Debbie Bilger, and Joyce Sanborn and husband Perley; half-sister Cathy Dyer and husband Harold; 17 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and special aunts and uncles.

Visiting hours will be held from noon to 1 p.m. with a memorial service at 1 p.m. on Thursday, June 6, at Riposta Funeral Home, 182 Waldo Ave., Belfast. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family at
