The results are in, and the majority of voters in the latest Courier Publications/VillageSoup sports poll are "indifferent" to the Celtics' draft results.

Fifty percent of voters were "indifferent," while 25 percent chose "I like it." The three remaining choices which included "I love it," "should have gone in a different direction" and "I hate it," tallied 8.3 percent of the vote each.

Boston had three first-round picks in this year's NBA Draft, and selected Indiana guard Romeo Langford with pick No. 14, traded pick No. 20 to Philadelphia for Nos. 24 and 33, selected Tennessee forward Grant Williams with pick No. 22, and traded the No. 24 selection to the Phoenix Suns, along with center Aron Baynes, for the Milwaukee Bucks' 2020 first-round selection.

Boston also chose Purdue guard Carsen Edwards with pick No. 33 and Lousiana State University guard Tremont Waters with pick No. 51.

The Celtics have three first-round picks in next year's draft, with their own selection, the Memphis Grizzlies' first-round pick (top-6 protected) and the Bucks' first-round selection (top-7 protected).

The sports poll turns back to the baseball diamond, as the sports staff asks: Do you think the Red Sox will turn their play around in the second half of the season and make the playoffs?

As of July 29, the Red Sox sport a 59-48 record and are third in the American League East standings, nine games back of the New York Yankees for first place.
