In June, The Republican Journal reported pending changes to Miller and Spring streets, as well as planned four-way stops at three city intersections. Now they're here.

A recent City Council vote established four-way stops at the intersections of Miller and Church streets, Miller and Congress streets, and Market and Church streets. The same council action made Miller and Spring streets one-way between Church and High streets.

Several accidents have occurred at some of the new four-way intersections as the public acclimates to the new changes.
