Had a nice surprise visit from Donnie Bagley and Ed Sanborn one day last week. We had a great time talking about the days of growing up in Thorndike. Good to see you, Donnie.
My sincere condolences to the family and friends of Roger Lancaster. He will be missed by many. Rest in peace, Roger.
Uncle Wayne came and spent the day with Dustin. They enjoyed homemade spaghetti and sauce for lunch and a beer in the gazebo.
The Thrift Store in Brooks is open regular hours now, Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Face masks must be worn. Have fun shopping.
My helpers this past week were Kelsey, Alan Jr. and Merrily. Thank you so much.
Anyone ever have a whole large container of marshmallow fluff go all over a shelf in your cupboard? It was a very sticky situation for Victoria and I. I called it the fluff pandemic. What a mess. Hopefully it was a once in a lifetime experience.
Terry Pratchett is quoted as saying, "A marriage is always made up of two people who are prepared to swear that only the other one snores."
Have a great week and enjoy all that mother nature creates.
I would love to hear from some readers about what is going on in their back yards.
