Country View Golf Club weekly women's league results

The following is news from the Country View Golf Club:

On Thursday, Aug. 20, in women's league points play, Joette Fields finished first with 10 points, Donna Short second at nine and Nancy Baxter and Fran White tied for third at eight.

The pin winner was: Joette Fields on the fourth hole.

On Thursday, Aug. 13, in women's' league play, first-place honors went to Carol Courter, Joette Fields, Donna Nason and Jean Raven, while second was earned by Nancy Carney, Susan Hart, Donna Short and Fran White.

The pin winners were: Joette Fields on the fourth hole and Jean Raven on the ninth.

The women tee off at 9 a.m. on Thursdays. All are welcome.
