The Unity Area Recycling Center is still not taking glass. I went there yesterday and got rid of a laptop, plastic, cans and lots of cardboard. It is good to get my little recycling area empty and ready to start over.

How did you like that wild storm that we endured? I lost a corner of the barn roof and some tree limbs. I finally got the generator out at 3:30 p.m., got it started and the power was back on before 5:30 p.m. Oh, well, it is good to give the generator a workout every once in a while.

Thank you, David, for your help doing cleanup after the storm. I appreciate it.

Let me know of any upcoming events in town. It is good to post things online, but you must remember that many do not have a computer or access to one. They rely on the local paper.
