Greetings from the edge of Freedom.

There will be a bake sale benefiting the Freedom Dirigo Grange on Saturday, Nov. 7, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The bake sale will be outside and will include cookies, whoopie pies and fudge, among other goodies. For more information, you can call Lois at 382-3315.

As of Monday night (Oct. 26), over 150 people had voted early in Freedom. If memory serves, that is nearly half of the normal voting bloc of 350+/- in Freedom.

The next column I write we may be in a whole new paradigm, but what else will be new for 2020?
