BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported one insurance violation, two inspection violations, three speeding violations, one registration violation, one failure to stop at a stop sign violation, and the following recent activity.
July 4
Tylor K. Hutchins, 30, of Searsport, summoned for violating conditions of release and operating under the influence.
July 2
Walber Verissimo DaSilva Neto, 25, of Quincy, Mass., summoned for operating without a license.
April Pattershall, 39, of Stockton Springs, arrested and summoned for violating conditions of release.
July 1
Shane Thibodeau, 50, of Limestone, arrested and summoned for operating under the influence and operating after suspension.
June 28
Arnold Craney, 53, of Belfast, arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of criminal trespass.
June 18
Sidney Harris, 36, of Belfast, summoned for violating conditions of release.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.
