MORRILL — Richard A. Cook, 59, went to be with the Lord July 2, 2021. Richard was born to Henry and Carol J. (Fletcher) Cook April 13, 1962, in a taxicab.

He loved his Boston Red Sox and his wrestling. He never missed a game or wrestling event. He and his brother Mark went to a game for a three-game weekend and had a blast. He loved working outside. He worked at Tom Jackson Landscaping in Camden for 20-plus years, until he got sick and could not continue working. He had been sick for a long time.

He was predeceased by his grandparents and his mom and dad, Henry and Carol; his brother Mark and wife Cindy Cook; a stepmom, Jerry Cook; and a brother-in-law, Keith Littlefield.

Richard is survived by his wife of 36 years, Carol L. Littlefield Cook; his stepson Brian and wife Tammy Littlefield; two grandsons, Joseph Littlefield and his girlfriend, Ann Moody, and Jack Littlefield and his girlfriend, Lylee Connors; adopted son Chris Riley and his girlfriend, Amy Tower, and three children; his sisters, Lori and her husband Fred of Houlton, and Ruth Cook and Kean Ripley Sr. of Belfast; and brother Ike Cook of Brewer. He also leaves behind lots of nieces and nephews, and will be missed by his cats, CC and Rosebud, and his dog, Sherbert.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday July 17, at 2 p.m. at the family home, 210 Weymouth Road, Morrill. Memories and condolences may be shared at ripostafh.com.
