The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between June 23 and June 29, 2021:

Sean R. Anderson, 39, of Stockton Springs, burglary, 18 months in prison, probation partially revoked.

Ima Thomas, 21, of Monroe, July 18, 2019, aggravated criminal trespass, six months in jail, probation partially revoked; Jan. 20, domestic violence assault, six months in jail, probation partially revoked; April 6, 2021, domestic violence assault, priors, two years in prison, all suspended, two years’ probation.

Alan F. Woodruff, 85, of Searsmont, operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.

Jonathan B. Crowe, 38, of Belfast, Nov. 2, 2020, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, $400 suspended, three years in prison, all but nine months suspended, stayeduntil  July 22, three years’ probation; Feb. 1, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, all suspended, nine months in jail, stayed until July 22; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; Feb. 15, operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine, six months in jail, stayed until July 221; violating condition of release, 10 days in jail, stayed until July 22.

Jay F. Esprit, 34, of Searsport, OUI (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, 45 days in jail, stayed until Sept. 1, license suspended three years; violating condition of release, 10 days in jail, stayed until Sept. 1.

Annie Chambers, 27, of Camden, aggravated assault, dismissed.

Dustin P. Cassady, 45, of Belfast, domestic violence assault, 20 days in jail.

John N. Penney, 33,  of Burnham, violating protection from abuse order, two days in jail, stayed until July 30; violating condition of release, two days in jail, stayed until July 30.

Ryan S. Flannery, 36, of Belfast, May 11, violating condition of release, 10 days in jail; Feb. 4, failure to report, 40 days in jail.

Kathleen A. Winslow, 35, of Belfast, May 28, unlawful possession of fentanyl powder, priors, $400 fine, 364 days in jail, all but 12 days suspended, two years’ probation; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed; June 14, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, all suspended, seven days in jail; violating condition of release, seven days in jail.
