BELFAST — Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following recent activity.

July 4
Nickolas Philbrick, 25, of Frankfort, summoned for attaching false plates, operating after suspension, and three counts of violating conditions of release.

July 5
Austin Dow, 24, of Guilford, summoned for criminal speed.

July 3
David Lapointe, 37, of Winterport, arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court.

July 2
Matthew R. Small, 35, a transient, arrested and summoned for violating a protection order.

June 30
Glen M. Harvey, 42, of Swanville, arrested and summoned for operating under the influence with one prior.

June 26
Ryan J. Klekotta, 39, of Plymouth, summoned for operating after suspension.
