The Dempsey Challenge is a two-day, non-competitive fundraiser that champions the spirit of paying it forward, traditionally hosted in actor Patrick Dempsey’s hometown of Lewiston. Through the success of the 2020 virtual event, Dempsey Challenge 2021 is now a global event accessible to a world-wide audience who can participate virtually, or to people who want to participate in the in-person event hosted at Simard-Payne Park in Lewiston.

To help with safety measures and crowd controls, those who wish to participate in the live event must have registered and met any fundraising minimums by Sept. 1.
