BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following recent activity.
July 22
Beth Arnold, 59, of Belfast, summoned for having a dog at large who bit someone; responsible for reimbursement of medical expenses.
Steven Poore, 52, no address given, summoned for criminal trespass.
Justin A. Luszczki, 37, of Rockland, arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked.
July 19
Raymond Brown, 19, of Belfast, arrested and summoned for forgery, negotiating a worthless instrument, criminal mischief and violating conditions of release.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.
