Glads for sale

Don Orff has his gladiolus for sale at the end of our road in all pretty colors. $1 each or a dozen for $10. If you get there and they are gone, catch him at his home or call 382-6802. They are so pretty, he plants over 3,000 bulbs each year.

The Montville Historical Society will be holding a sale of daylily plants during the Montville Field Day on Saturday, Aug. 14, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. The plants will be available for $5 each at the Kingdom Schoolhouse, which is next to the Town Field on Center Montville Road.
