BELFAST —The Belfast Police Department reported one failure to stop for a red light and the following recent activity.
Aug. 15
Tyler E. Batty, 36, of Belfast, arrested and summoned for criminal mischief and violating conditions of release.
Aug. 14
David J. Riley Jr., 38, of Belfast, arrested and summoned for operating under the influence with one prior and operating without a license.
Meldon Bates, 57, of Belfast, arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of criminal trespass.
Aug. 11
Luke S. Zapadka, 47, of Coventry, Conn., arrested and summoned for operating under the influence.
Jerica Wallace, 35, of Belfast, summoned for assault.
Aug. 8
Ryan Smart, 41, of Belfast, summoned for criminal trespass.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.
