UNITY — A two-vehicle crash sent three people to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries the afternoon of Aug. 25.

According to the Waldo County Sheriff’s Office, the crash occurred around 4:30 p.m. on Route 220. A Toyota sedan with one occupant rolled over after colliding with a Hyundai sedan with two occupants.

Police said one vehicle had just pulled out from the parking lot at Chase Toys Inc. at 417 Thorndike Road (Route 220) when the collision occurred.

Unity Fire Department and Ambulance answered the call along with Maine State Police and Waldo County Sheriff’s Department.
